It has a stretched out, stock image of a computer looking guy standing in front of a rack of servers. Nothing special right? Ok, What can you do if your site looks like the first example? Humanize your brand. Give it some personality. :) Look at the second example. This agency actually has two layers of their "About Us" section. It has real pictures of the people that work there with an interesting blurb on each of the people. It has a section that talks about their values.
